The prepayment amount varies for each brand, and it is calculated per person (including children and infants). 【Online Reservation】
Using the online reservation system requires binding your credit card during the reservation process to complete the reservation.
【On-site/Phone Reservation】
After making a reservation on-site or by phone, the system will automatically send an SMS or LINE notification with prepayment binding card information. Please complete the credit card binding and reservation within the specified time through the link in the SMS.
【Prepayment Deduction Guidelines】
- Cancellation two days in advance : No charge.
- Cancellation within two days : 50% of the prepayment fee will be charged.
- Cancellation on the day of dining or no-show : 100% of the prepayment fee will be charged.
- In the event of a natural disaster or emergency : No charge, but please call the reserved branch in advance to inform them.
※Notes：
- When reserving a seat, credit card pre-binding is required. This step will not incur any charges and serves as a guarantee for attendance.
- In case of unjustified absence, exceeding the seat reservation time (10 minutes), or last-minute changes in the number of guests, the branch may deduct the prepayment at its discretion.
- If a prepayment deduction occurs, the branch will issue a unified invoice for the amount on the same day. Please contact the branch to collect the invoice or assist with mailing.
- If the invoice for the prepayment deduction needs to be issued with a unified business registration number, please choose "Company Invoice" during the credit card binding operation and provide the
- correct business registration number in the field.
